So as you noticed, I'm starting a new blog theme named "Voiced Vulnerability." I wanted a place where I could share my experiences and struggles that many of us share and thereby open up a discussion, make the topics more accessible and comfortable.

Along with this theme, I'm starting a new podcast called "Voiced Vulnerabilities" on Soundcloud because of my affinity for podcasts and because I think it's a way to communicate closer to the readers (aka you). I will be organizing my podcast with subtopics--this time being "Voicing Mental Health."
I find that this topic might be relevant for these times and wanted to open up with a simple recap of my recent mental health journey:
- When did my mental health issues start?
- What did I struggle with? What symptoms did I have, and how did I feel?
- What was I diagnosed with and how did I feel about it?
- What am I doing to recover? Why am I taking a gap year?
So here is the link to my podcast:
**DISCLAIMER: This podcast is just my personal experience, nothing to be compared to yours or any other; I believe that everyone's mental health journey is valid and equally important. I also want to emphasize that even if I'm a psychology student that I'm not a licensed therapist and that my diagnoses comes from one :)
I will be organizing more podcasts based on your questions or your suggestions OR you could contact me if you would like to be a guest to share your story! DM me if you know my social media or you can send me an email sjkimofficial@gmail.com
Thanks so much for your support and don't forget to follow my podcast for more updates and also feel free to subscribe to my blog. :)
